MBS Enterprise Support

This service offering allows MBS to offer phone, virtual meeting, and email support to the customer in the technical areas of Apple and Jamf technologies. MBS will provide access to Apple and Jamf certified engineers for all support cases including escalations. This offering is only available to IT staff, does not include end user support.

Coverage Areas

All support will be completed virtually through phone, virtual meetings, and email. Onsite work can be offered by MBS at an additional cost through professional service hours.

  • Support for Jamf Pro, Jamf Connect, and Jamf Protect products
  • Support for Apple platform in the areas of deployment, management, security, and compliance

Support Tiers

Platinum

Allows for unlimited support incidents with a 2 hour response time 24 hours every 7 days for one year. Customers are allowed 15 technical contacts. Discounted professional services hours throughout the year.

Gold

Allows for unlimited support incidents with a 4 hour response time during MBS operating hours for one year. Customers are allowed 3 technical contacts.

Silver

Allows up to 12 support incidents with a 4 hour response time during MBS operating hours for one year. Unused incidents expire after one year.
