AppleCare for Enterprise

AppleCare® for Enterprise includes flexible service options, onsite hardware service, and next-business-day device replacement—great for large or global businesses, or large educational institutions. AppleCare for Enterprise is a two-year or three-year agreement. Each agreement requires a minimum purchase or planned purchase of 1000 devices within the first 12 months.

AppleCare Account Manager

AppleCare Account Managers review customers’ IT infrastructures, track issues, and provide activity reports for support calls and repairs. It’s great for customers who want a direct contact within Apple®.

IT department-level coverage

Customers get IT department–level support via phone or email for Apple deployment programs, hardware, software, mobile device management (MDM), Active Directory, and cross-platform integration. It’s great for IT departments new to troubleshooting macOS®, iOS®, or iPadOS®.

Technical support for employees

Employees get 24/7 technical support over the phone with Apple® hardware, Apple-branded software, and personal accounts or settings. This helps reduce the load on the customer’s internal help desks, especially if they’re unfamiliar with macOS, iOS, or iPadOS.

Onsite hardware service

You have the option to get onsite service coverage for two, three, or four years from the date of your hardware purchase, depending on the plan you choose. If you have a hardware issue during that time, AppleCare for Enterprise will help get you back up and running quickly.

Additional device repair and replacement

In addition to onsite hardware coverage, you can repair up to 4 percent of your covered Mac computers or Apple‑branded displays, or up to 10 percent of your covered iPad or iPhone devices, for any reason, at no additional fee. In most cases, Apple can repair or replace the device as fast as one business day.

Support Tiers:

AppleCare for Enterprise is offered through tiered, volume-based pricing levels beginning at 200, 1,000, and 5,000 covered devices.

The program can be applied to both newly purchased and existing Mac, iPad, and iPhone devices, with a 12-month window to meet the required minimum volume.

Depending on the selected service plan, customers may choose a two, three, or four-year term of comprehensive coverage starting from the date of purchase.
