Phone and Remote Desktop Support

In order to get phone or remote desktop support, please call our service department at (301) 590-2555 and briefly explain your needs. We will forward the call to the appropriate support agent who will help you over the phone and/or remote session.
Remote Desktop Support
If your Mac can get online, we can assist remotely and fix the problem right then.
Remote Desktop will allow us to troubleshoot the issue much faster and is our preferred method to troubleshoot remote systems, provided that your computer can be reached through an Internet broadband connection with at least 50Mbps available to the connection.
We currently use an MBS-licensed version of TeamViewer QuickSupport to provide Remote Desktop Support to customers running macOS or Windows.

These services are available Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. eastern time. The fee for Remote Desktop and Phone Support is $200/hr
