Remote Desktop Support
If your Mac can get online, we can Remote Control to your system and fix the problem right then.
Remote Desktop will allow us troubleshoot the issue much faster and is our preferred method to troubleshoot remote systems, provided that your computer can be reached through an Internet broadband connection with at least 3Mbps available to the connection.
We currently use an MBS-licensed version of TeamViewer QuickSupport to provide Remote Desktop Support to customers running Mac OS or Windows.
These services are available Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. eastern time. The fee for Remote Desktop and Phone Support is $200/hr.
