Remote Support

Install MacHelpMateIf your Mac can get online, we can also Remote Control to your system and fix the problem right then.  We do this through a secure connection established by MacHelpMate (a remote control software licensed to MBS for this purpose).

• You can see everything what we do at all times.
• You initiate and cancel the remote help session whenever you want.
• It uses 128-bit AES encryption (the same used by the FBI).
• Zero configuration needed (even through firewalls and routers)

To allow this please download the application called MacHelpMate to your Mac's Desktop and follow these simple instructions:

1) Double-click on the ZIP icon to unpack the application

After you double-click on it, you should have a Red Cross icon called "machelpmate" on your desktop.

2) Double-click on the MacHelpMate application to open it

3) Click "View"

4) Click "Remote Support"

5) Click "Share my Screen"

6) Relax and let us take care of the problem.
