Whether you're having a configuration problem with your Mac, you need some guidance on how to perform a task, or your computer is malfunctioning, call us and we will help you solve the problem. We can provide paid phone support if we determine that the problem needs more than a simple quick answer or two. We provide this service through our metro and local lines (301) 590-2555 and (301) 330-4074, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Desktop / Portable Phone Support
We help people to troubleshoot all kind of issues, from simple configuration problems to software installs and more. Do not hesitate to call us before you become frustrated. In many cases we can get you back up and running sooner than you might think. Phone support for desktop or portable Macs is Free within the first year after you bought your system at MBS, otherwise the cost will be $40 per occurrence.
Enterprise-Level Server Phone Support
MBS has a team of experienced Apple Certified Xserve and Xsan Consultants ready to help you to troubleshoot your enterprise-level XServe/Xsan solution over the phone (or on-site of course). Our video specialists have ample experience with Final Cut Server as well. The price of this service will be determined based on your particular situation. Please call us to give you an estimate.

Application Phone Support
MBS has been providing support to the Macintosh creative community since 1990 with the most variate help requests you can ever imagine. From large format printers configuration and color profiling to specific software usage questions. This includes Adobe's Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign and Premiere, and of course Final Cut Studio. We have a full-time team of mutimedia specialists ready to help you when problems or questions arise.
If your Mac can get online through a DSL or faster connection, we can also Remote Control to your system and fix the problem right then. We do this through a secure connection established by MacHelpMate (a remote control software licensed to MBS for this purpose). Click here to lean more about this service.
